Scheduled appointment times are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. For these reasons we ask that you honor the time we've set aside for you and give us notice if you are not going to make your appointment.
If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment. Out of respect and consideration for your eyelash stylist and other customers, please do your best to be on time.
When can I reschedule my appointment?
We are open 5 days a week Tuesday through Saturday.
How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?
You can call us or email us 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise the late cancellation fee will be applied towards your account.
How late can I be in order to avoid the fee?
Tardiness is a major disruption to our schedule. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled treatment appointment time, you will forfeit your appointment will have to reschedule your to the next available date. A cancellation fee may be applied.
How do I prepare for my laser hair removal appointment?
The right preparation for the appointment is the key to excellent results. Shave the area the night before (for female lip and chin this can be done in clinic to avoid embarrasment) ensure no moisturisers, deoderant’s and especially ALL FAKE TAN is removed.
How long will my appointment take?
Depending on the treated area(s) your appointment can take anywhere between 15 minutes for small areas to 1.5 hours for full body. You can always inquire the length of your appointment while booking.
Are your machines suitable for all skin tones?
Yes, our laser hair removal machines are suitable and efficient for all skin tones.
How many sessions of laser hair removal do I need?
Everybody is different, therefore we don’t advise on a particular amount of sessions
Can I substitute the treated area in the middle of my package?
Yes, all our packages are transferrable and can be done so mid treatment as it is a policy our treatments are non-refundable.
How often do I have to come for my laser hair removal?
For the best results, we recommend the interval of 4-5 weeks between laser hair removal sessions for your body areas and every two weeks for the facial areas.
Can I get laser hair removal if I am pregnant or nursing?
We do not recommend to get laser hair procedures in case of pregnancy or nursing. even though there is no negative effect of laser confirmed.
